For every KOL buy we look at every wallet that bought the same coin in the 60 seconds before it.
3+ coins
Repeats
The wallet has to be early on at least 3 different coins for the same KOL. Once is luck.
10%+
Of their buys
It must be early on at least 10% of that KOL's buys, and 5x more often than for other KOLs.
0 snipers
Excluded
Bots that are early on everyone, the KOL's own known wallets and program or pool accounts never count.
